Hello and thank you for visiting the website of my book „Leadership Principles for Project Success“ (CRC Press, 2010).

This book is about project success. It reveals a secret for project success: effective project leadership. It shows where pure project management falls short and why project leadership is the decisive factor for project success.

The book outlines five simple yet powerful leadership principles which, if applied systematically, can help you pave the path to project success. It illustrates how you can use these principles to set up, manage, and align your projects for success. Last but not least, it shows you how to become an effective project leader.
